Anzalone Law Offices expands into commercial litigation and estate law.
Anzalone Law Offices is pleased to announce that in addition to its long standing tradition of representing injured plaintiffs, it is expanding its practice to include all aspects of commercial litigation and estate law. Anzalone Law Offices welcomes Jane Smedley Anzalone, Esq. to its team to chair its newly established commercial law department.
Jane Smedley Anzalone is a 1998 cum laude graduate of King’s College, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where she received a bachelor’s degree in biology, a certificate in molecular biology and a minor in secondary education. In 2001, she graduated from The Pennsylvania State University of the Dickinson School of Law.
While attending law school, Attorney Smedley Anzalone interned as a law clerk to the Honorable Patrick J. Toole of the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas. For the next ten years, Attorney Smedley Anzalone was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert A. Mazzoni of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. From 2007 until 2011, Attorney Smedley Anzalone was also an associate at Vinsko & Associates, P.C., where she focused her practice on personal injury and employment law. For the last five years, Attorney Smedley Anzalone was an associate in the commercial department at Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, P.C.
As a commercial attorney, Attorney Smedley Anzalone has vast experience in all aspects of creditor’s rights, banking, real estate, landlord-tenant, business organization, insurance disputes, guardianships and estate law. She has been recognized numerous times as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, Rising Star. Jane is community minded and serves on the board of the YMCA and United Way of Wilkes-Barre. Attorney Smedley Anzalone will co-chair the United Way 2017 Campaign. She is a past participant of the Ryan’s Run, a fundraising opportunity benefitting Allied Services, where she successfully completed the New York City Marathon.
