Attorney Patrick O’Connell, of Counsel to Anzalone Law Offices, LLC, is a 1995 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude in the top 10% of his class. While in Law School, he was a member of the Moot Court Team which competed against multiple law schools in several states.
Attorney O’Connell staffs the Anzalone Law Offices, LLC’s Bloomsburg location where he concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, nursing home and trucking/automobile accidents.
Attorney O’Connell has been selected to Pennsylvania Rising Stars from 2005-2008 and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers from 2010-2012 and 2017-2022. Attorney O’Connell has repeatedly used his legal skills to benefit the community without charging any fees. He successfully represented over 400 taxpayers in Montour County in a court challenge against an illegal tax increase passed by the County Commissioners. He also successfully challenged Catawissa Borough’s improper calculation of electricity billing which resulted in savings of over $275,000.00 to the Borough residents. No fees were charged by Attorney O’Connell in either of these cases despite the extensive legal work involved.
Prior to joining Anzalone Law Offices, LLC, Attorney O’Connell specialized in medical malpractice matters and he was a trial attorney for the Geisinger Health System for several years. In this capacity, Attorney O’Connell handled hundreds of medical malpractice cases throughout Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. He tried at least 20 medical malpractice cases to verdict and settled dozens of other cases for tens of millions of dollars. Attorney O’Connell gained tremendous experience in medical malpractice matters which enables him to capably represent those individuals who have suffered from negligent medical care. Attorney O’Connell is recognized as an expert in the field of medical malpractice and he has been called upon to testify before the Pennsylvania House of Representative’s Insurance Committee regarding malpractice insurance requirements.
Attorney O’Connell served with the United State Army Reserves as a Combat Engineer from 1986 through 1992. He resides in Bloomsburg with his wife Holly and daughter Baylee. He is especially proud of his son Patrick Jr. who is presently serving with the United States Air Force. In his spare time, Attorney O’Connell enjoys hiking, running and yoga.

He is a former President and founder of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, an association whose membership includes lawyers from twelve counties in northeastern Pennsylvania. Attorney Jamie Anzalone, of Anzalone Law Offices, is a 2006 graduate of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers. With offices located in Wilkes-Barre, Scranton and Stroudsburg, Attorney Anzalone limits his practice to the areas of personal injury, negligent security/negligent supervision, medical malpractice and products liability.

Attorney Alana Anzalone is member of the team at Anzalone Law Offices in both the Pennsylvania and Colorado locations. She focuses her practice on car crashes, slip, trip and falls, sexual abuse cases and medical malpractice. Attorney Anzalone began her career as a plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer at Anzalone Law Offices in Pennsylvania in 2007, where she had the opportunity to practice side by side with her dad and her brother. Attorney Anzalone was raised to fight for those who have been injured.

Patrick J. Attorney Aaron Decker of Anzalone Law Offices, LLC is a 1997 graduate from the University of Dayton School of Law where he received the CALI award for best trial advocate on the Mock Trial Team. He practices out of the Wilkes-Barre office and concentrates his practice on personal injury matters, primarily injuries resulting from motor-vehicle collisions, slip/trip and falls and medical malpractice.
Stephen T.
